Last Sunday

We had a few people over last Sunday for a BBQ here are some photos (with me in them!) Tiffany acting crazy with Phin, he loved it!

More House pics

We are really enjoying our new neighborhood and house...today Phin and I went on a nice shaded walk to the park, it is our usual morning these days. Right now, I am waiting for the tree guys to come cut down some huge branches that are stuck in our Sycamore tree (before we moved in) but could come down anytime! It's nice having large trees, but it's not nice spending money on them! Oh well, it goes with home ownership I guess...Phin is peacefully napping right now here is a pic

It is so hot, the only thing to do is swim in the backyard, because I don't want to go to the public pool...but it is fun, Phin loves it!

When "Meet The Press" will not be hosted by my favorite journalist...Tim Russert. He will be missed in our house.

New Pics

So we are in the new house, I'd say about 3/4 unpacked, but still lots to do. Here are a couple of pics from our old house and then today at our new house with Piper and Phin sharing KIX, notice she is sharing with Phin...it would not be the other way around.

This is Phin's favorite thing...naked time with a cape...he runs and runs after bath time.

Bed Head

Phin's hair is getting so long, I don't know if I want to cut or not. It look so cute sometimes, and sometimes crazy! Waiting for him to wake up so I can take him over to Piper's. Troy and I have a house inspection to go to...fun fun fun!

Bed Hog

Phin woke up just talking last night, Troy brought him in bed with us, and it took him a while to fall back to sleep. It was so sweet, he was just lying there and he goes, "I need a hug..Mama, hug" and so I did, then he goes "Snuggles, I need help."

Snuggles is is dog he sleeps with and he wanted it too.

Future House

So we found a house and someone to accept our low ball offer (gotta love the buyers market!) We close in 2 and half weeks, so we will be really busy from now until....
The option period will start today!
This house is smaller than our current one, but so cute with a huge back yard!

House Hunting

No pics, we are super busy trying to find our next place to live. We sold our house in less than a week, totally not expected, so now we are really busy!

One cute story to share...so Phin is really starting to repeat everything we say now. The other morning we were laying in bed, all three of us, and Troy did something that I was annoyed by (go figure), and I said, "Jesus Honey"...and Phin goes..."Jesus Honey!" It was pretty cute.

Soon you too will have your turn young Grasshopper...

Sorry Folks

I know I have not been posting much, things around the house are crazy! But looking good, our house should be on the market this weekend! Hope all goes well.
